These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Supper mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Maxwell Robbins ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Supper is a family meal-planning application that uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested weekly meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists based on information you provide, including household preferences, dietary needs, and ingredients on hand.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists within a "family" are shared with and visible to all members of that family group.
Please read this section carefully. Recipes, meal plans, ingredient lists, and nutritional or dietary characterizations produced by the Service are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for general informational and planning purposes only.
While the Service allows you to specify allergies and dietary restrictions, and attempts to honor them, AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to account for every allergen, ingredient substitution, cross-contamination risk, or dietary restriction. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing every recipe and ingredient list — including verifying actual product labels and packaging at the time of purchase and preparation — before consuming or serving any meal generated through the Service, particularly if you or anyone you are preparing food for has a food allergy, intolerance, or medical dietary requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any allergic reaction, illness, injury, or other harm arising from your reliance on, or use of, any recipe, ingredient list, or meal plan generated by the Service, including any failure of the Service to correctly identify, flag, or exclude an allergen or restricted ingredient that you specified. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice, and nothing generated by the Service should be treated as such.
The Service allows you to import recipes from third-party websites via URL. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or completeness of third-party recipe content, and the same disclaimers in Section 3 apply equally to imported and user-modified recipes.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with the payment terms, billing cycle, and auto-renewal policies of that platform. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We do not process payment information directly and are not responsible for billing errors caused by the App Store or Play Store.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineering the application, or using the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxwell Robbins and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reaction, illness, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maxwell Robbins from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
